I was looking for some cheap long distance rates and this is what I found on mighty Google:
JustDial.ca
KeepCalling.ca
I’ll keep the list updated.

JustDial.ca appears to be a rebranding of Xpresscall.ca, a service that I have used for years. I’m basing this on the fact that hte pricing and the local access numbers are identical.
It’s a great service — I drive the London (Ont) – Toronto – Ottawa corridor on a regular basis. I will usually have a local access number to make my $0.029 per minute phone calls (add $0.01 per minute to call the Canada/US toll free number if I’m between “zones”). Very economical, although if I am being called, I usually have to remember to tell the caller that I’ll call them right back, else I incur roaming charges if I’m not in my cell phone’s home area.
Highly recommended (if you’re seeking a recommendation!).
KeepCalling.ca looks very interesting — its price of $0.01 per minute is very compelling. They don’t seem to have as many local access numbers as Xpresscall.ca or JustDial.ca, but then for my own purposes, that’s not a huge loss. I’m probably going to try it, and will let you know.
